Craft Scissors

My Craft Scissors posts include tutorials for simple craft projects you can make for yourself, your children and your home. I began crafting just a few years back when I started making hair bows for my daughters. I caught the crafting bug, retaught myself how to sew and before I knew it I was creating clothing, pillows, blankets, crib bumpers, wall decor and more. Soon after, I launched my own business, called Lizzie & Coco. Things took off quickly, but after our third child was born I simply couldn’t keep up. I was doing too many things and I wasn’t doing any of them as well as I’d like. So, I decided to put my new business on the back burner for a while. Now that we’ve made it past those first two very challenging years with three children, I am working on bringing my business back to life. Join me on Running with Skissors as I provide inspiration and instruction on fun craft projects that won’t take up too much of your precious time. Together we will sew pillows and blankets, make bows and children’s clothing, paint, decoupage, create party decorations and so much more. I will keep things simple, I promise. I’m still learning myself.
