“Kids Yogurt”

IMG_8470What’s that you say? Your kids won’t eat plain Greek yogurt with fruit and honey? I know. A couple of mine will, but they prefer the fruit to be “all mixed in” like the Trix and “Star Wars yogurt” you get talked to in the dairy aisle. So, I’ve got you covered. Here’s how I make my own and it really only takes a few minutes, tops!

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced (or any fruit)
  • 1/4 cup apple or orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. agave or honey

Mix it all in the blender. Spoon it into bowls. I recently picked up these little reusable jelly jars at Michael’s. This recipe made 6 servings. Now I have them in the fridge for busy school mornings or a quick kid friendly snack.
