Instead of pulling out the bag of frozen crinkle cut fries, try making your own oven fries. They’re really very simple. Cut 2 to 3 sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then into strips. I leave the skin on for more nutrients. Plus it holds them together when you flip them in the oven.
Toss with a tablespoon or two of extra virgin olive oil, sea or pink Himalayan salt and pepper and some chopped fresh herbs if you like.
Roast at 450 for 30 minutes or so until golden grown. Flip halfway through.
